Should I Crack My Own Back, Neck, Fingers, or Wrist?

SHOULD I CRACK MY OWN BACK, NECK, FINGERS, OR WRIST?

You can, but I would advise against it.  Cracking your own back feels good, but what you are actually doing is adjusting areas of hyper-mobility.  Chiropractors look for specific levels of the spine that are “fixed” and adjust only those levels.  By adjusting into a hyper mobile segment you can stretch the ligaments of the spine further causing damage.  Not every joint in the spine needs to be adjusted; only those segments that are misaligned. Chiropractors are the only licensed Doctors fully trained and qualified to treat spinal dysfunction.
